Geotextiles are permeable fabrics which, when used in association with soil, have the ability to separate, filter, reinforce, protect, or drain, typically made from Coir, Geotextiles protect land surface, wonderful treasure of natural echo friendly, erosion control blankets in woven and non-woven preparations, available in different forms such as meshes, needled felts or erosion control blankets, Coco-Geologs (Coir Logs) and anti-weed blankets.

Coir Geotextile is used in ground and civil engineering applications for in road constructions, improving the soil behavior, preventing soil erosion and help consolidation of the soil, filtration and drainage, geotextiles help soil stabilization and renew vegetation in varying slopes.

1.Coir Mesh Mattings

A matting of two-treadle weave in construction with the difference that the warp and weft strands are positioned at a distance to get mesh effect, available in normal size such as 400gram/M2,700 gram/M2, 900 gram/M2, 1100gram/M2, and customized specific requirements.

2.Coir Logs

Coco-Geologs (Coir Logs) are made of interwoven coir fibers that are bound together with biodegradable coir netting. The coir logs are widely used in stream banks, wetlands and uplands, banks, shorelines, and other erosion prone areas. Easy to place, use, and install, these logs create a natural control area that helps establish growth and control erosion. Coir logs have effectively used in restoration projects, stabilization areas, and construction job sites. The coir logs act as a substrate for plant growth once the log decay process starts and protects native and newly installed plants growing adjacent to the log.

3.CocoWorld Erosion Control Blanket(Needle Felt)

Coco World -offers different types of the erosion control blanket made of natural coir fiber, made have a natural fiber layer of coir, and are spraying rubber latex either on one or both sides. These 100 % biodegradable coir erosion control blanket is used on areas at risk of erosion with up to 40degree slope (1:1.2) for temporary erosion control. It is also used for lawn development and landscaping. The lifetime of coir is up to three years.
